Migo Software Completes Acquisition of StompSoft, Inc.'s Software Product Line

Move Dramatically Expands Migo's IP and Product Brand Portfolio, Boosts Revenues, Expands OEM Distribution
and Opens New Channels in Retail and Online

Redwood City, California, December 26, 2006 – Migo Software, Inc. (OTCBB:MIGO), a leading provider of mobile computing software, today announced that it has closed its previously announced acquisition of StompSoft, Inc.'s entire line of software titles. Migo's purchase includes StompSoft's popular PC BackUp, Registry Repair and Digital Vault Depot brands currently found in leading retailers, such as Fry's, Comp USA and Office Depot. Migo also acquired StompSoft's web store as well as StompSoft's OEM software channel which includes Hewlett-Packard and SanDisk among its customers.

Under the terms of the agreement, the purchase price consisted of 20,000,000 shares of Migo Common Stock and $650,000 paid to StompSoft.

Located in Irvine, CA, StompSoft has developed a line of award-winning backup, system utility and online security/privacy software. For the year ended December 2005, StompSoft had revenues of approximately $3.3 million. Although StompSoft also reported an operating loss of approximately $1.3 million for the year ended December 31, 2005, the acquisition is expected to be accretive and have a positive material impact on Migo's 2007 revenues and earnings due to expected cost savings and operational improvements.

"We are very pleased to close the acquisition of the StompSoft software titles. This deal significantly broadens Migo's product line and allows our company to capitalize on StompSoft's strong retail, web and OEM distribution channels," said Kent Heyman, Chief Executive Officer of Migo Software, Inc. "We believe that this acquisition will contribute to establishing Migo as a leading supplier of data management solutions."

Michael Hummell, President and Chief Executive Officer of StompSoft, Inc., stated, "We are happy to finalize this acquisition and join with Migo Software. The Migo and StompSoft product lines perfectly complement each other and are expected to bring tremendous value to consumers who need to synch, repair, secure or move data on their computers."

Migo's award-winning mobile computing software provides computer users a safe, easy-to-use, traceless method of working on personal files and their own email -- including Microsoft Outlook® and Outlook Express® -- on borrowed computers, eliminating the need to bring along a PC or laptop of their own. Users connect their Migo-enabled device to a handy PC, and with a few clicks that PC turns into their own, right down to the wallpaper on their screen, for as long as they need it. When finished, Migo leaves no trace of their personal files behind, and upon returning home it synchronizes that work with their own home or office PC.
