MIGO SOFTWARE ENTERS LICENSING AGREEMENT WITH EDGE TECHDeal Further Expands the Company's Partnerships and Distribution With Flash Memory OEMs
REDWOOD CITY, CA, August 07, 2007-- Migo Software, Inc. (OTCBB:MIGO), a global provider of mobile computing software, announced it has signed a Distribution and Marketing Agreement with EDGE Tech Corp, a leading supplier of DRAM and Flash memory upgrades, portable computing products, storage devices and other experience-enhancing technology solutions. Under the Agreement, Migo Software grants to EDGE a worldwide non-exclusive license to bundle the Company's MigoSync synchronization software on its external USB and portable hard drives, which EDGE manufactures and distributes under the EDGE™ or DiskGO™ brands. EDGE Tech Corp markets the products through its established channels and pays to Migo Software monthly license fees for units sold. Distribution of the products began July 26, 2007.
Of the distribution agreement, Migo Software Chief Operating Officer, Rob Halligan, said, "Migo software is pleased to join forces with such a solid, respected and branded partner as EDGE Tech Corp, whose products are available through resellers such as CDW, Insight, PC Connection, PC Mall, TechDepot, Walmart and Staples, as well as on their own website.
