MIGO ANNOUNCES MAJOR UPGRADE TO FLAGSHIP MIGOSYNC
Most Significant Version to Date, Features Full Interface Redesign, Windows Vista™ Compatibility, Support for SD Card Enabled Smart Phones and Introduces Universal Mail Format

REDWOOD CITY, CA, August 07, 2007-- Migo Software, Inc. (OTCBB:MIGO), a global provider of content mobility software, today announced MigoSync v3, the most significant upgrade to Migo's award-winning data synchronization and virtualization product. MigoSync enables users to transform their portable storage device, such as an iPod, PSP or flash memory drive, into a private, mobile PC by synchronizing Office documents, Emails, multimedia content, desktop "look and feel" and more to the portable device for easy and highly secure access to that data on any PC.

MigoSync v3 features an all-new streamlined and intuitive interface, sync support for Microsoft Office 2007 documents, as well as new email desktop programs - including Microsoft Windows Vista™ Mail, Lotus Notes, and Mozilla Thunderbird 2.0. MigoSync v3 also extends the ability for users to truly make their PC data mobile with its support for syncing data to SD cards, enabling users to access their content on SmartPhones with SD card slots.

MigoSync v3 also introduces patent pending Universal Mail Format, which the Company believes to be a revolutionary and innovative feature that is designed to allow users to access their synced email on any PC, even if the original desktop email program used to create the email is not installed on that PC. For example, if you sync your Outlook email items to your portable device and connect to a PC that only has Mozilla Thunderbird installed, MigoSync automatically utilizes Thunderbird as your email reader, even allowing you to send and receive emails, just as if you were in the office. What's more, when you get back to your home PC and connect your portable device, all the information is automatically and seamlessly synced back to your Outlook email program.

"This new version is the most exciting MigoSync upgrade ever," said Rob Halligan, Migo's chief operating officer. "Migo pioneered a range of solutions to serve our emerging data mobility lifestyle and consolidated them into new MigoSync v3. This major upgrade embodies our content - centered mobility strategy, and ensures that data and media content are truly portable and universally usable in a mobile environment,"concluded Halligan.

"We are very pleased with the features available in this new version of MigoSync," said Mark Akoubian, Product Manager for Kingston Technology Co., one of Migo's key OEM partners bundling MigoSync v3 with their USB flash memory storage drives. "Loading MigoSync on our hardware extends the value for consumers with a simple solution focused on enhancing the customer experience. We consider the new MigoSync v3 a win-win for Kingston and our users."
